bicycle gang ...

whoo ... just returned from the cycling trip ... i tell you ... its torturing !!! but let me tell you slowly what happened to us ...

ok ... we set off from my place .. and went to west coast park ... the journey was long but yet , quite peaceful ... nothing in particular happened except when we were trying to take a picture outside the mas building , the guards disallowed us to take pictures .... ok .. nevermind ... then , we reached west coast park ... took awhile to take pictures ... haha .. take a look ...

because the camera was placed on a slanted surface (behind my bike).. we had to slant ourselves so the picture will look straight .. but in the end ... it looks even more slanted.... another one (left) haha ... dan fei bi jaio hong ... kinda lame ... but quite enjoyable taking the pictures ... we even stopped snapping and tried to pretend nothing happened when someone jogged pass us ... haha ... the person must be thinking that we are crazy ...

then comes the exciting part ... we got onto the spider wed thingy ... super high ... and we took these pictures on top ... haha ...

ok ... had enough of the climbing like monkeys ... then got to get a rest at the macdonalds for awhile and further plan our journey ... then , we thought of going geylang ... all agreed .. but first , we are supposed to cycle to orchard road then , to geylang ... then, we began our journey from west coast macdonalds to orchard road ...

i dont know what made us go in another way ... in another minute, we were in nus ... a place full of scary up-slopes and confusing turns ... then , ok ... had a very tiring journey within the campus ... knees felt like a lemonade squeezing machine ... awww .... took this picture in a secluded corner in the campus ... had to climb a about 50m slope before reaching it and it turned out to be a DEAD END !!! then snapped a few pictures and then went back .. this time down slope ... the bike went sooo fast , when i pressed the brakes, the whole bike skided ... luckily due to my superhuman capabilities , i did not fall ... phew !!!

then , we manovered within the campus and got out through bona vista ... whooo ... main roads at last ... we cycled pass holland road and commonwealth and eventually reached margret drive ... where the queens live ... first, it was queensway sec , then queenstown pri and finally QUEENSTOWN SEC !! old school !!!

then turned in towards the old republic poly .. up hill (again) ... then , our legs were sooo tired , we got down and rested by the road just opposite the embassy of brunei ... ok , rested for about 15mins and went on ...

ok this time, i told kw , 'eh , we change bikes!' cos i thought his bros bike was vv stylo.then, we agreed and went on cycling... we were fine for some distance and until after tanglin mall ... kw told me, ' eh, your bikes pedal like abit shaky lea!'

then i said ,'ok, at the next pit stop we stop to tighten the nut..' but before we could even reach the pit stop, the whole pedal fell out !!!

the nut, i dont know where it is hiding at ... and guess what makes it worst !! right behind us was a vaccum cleaner vehicle ... kao ... not sure if it sucked the nut up but a search party comprising of kt, wils and edwin was formed to comb the possibe areas where the nut might be dropped at ...

they came back with a nut !! yes ar !! but it wasnt the nut belonging to the bike ... and it just couldnt fit ... we tried removing the nuts from other parts of the bike to fit the more important pedal... but it just wouldnt fit ... kao !!!

then , ok la ... boh pian ... i cycle with one pedal loose lor ... ok ... then we decided to go within our area so that in case the bicycle couldnt function anymore, we are near our places ... and because we were hungry by then , we cycled to great world ... where tang shui is ... before that, we snapped some pictures at outside taka ... quite dark ... can see ???

then , cycled to great world ... had our heavy supper and kw cycled home leaving the 4 of us ... then at tiong baru , kt cycled home too ... then its left with me , wils and edwin ...

edwin wanted to get his bag before heading home came to my place .. wils also wanted to return my bike cos he didnt have a place to park he bike at home ... both of them went to my place before heading to their homes ... it was already 530am ... whoo .. early in the morning ...

went to bathe straight after seeing both of them go down the lift .. and started blogging while waiting for my hair to dry ...

ok ... we cycled sooo far .. god knows how far ... then went on to cycle on one pedal ... then got super duper scratches on my phone cos i left the spanner and the wrench together with the unprotected phone in the bag ...

aw.. heart pain ... so, do you think it was fun ? ok la , for the buddies , it was definately very fun ... but if only lesser accidents happened ...

ok ... seems like its time to get a new phone, a new bike ... and a good morning's sleep !! good morning !! ZZzzZZzZzz ...
